CostView is early demonstration software, provided on an “as-is” basis for evaluation only.

It is not yet intended for real customer or business data. Please do not upload confidential or production records while it is in this demonstration stage.

One disclosure worth stating plainly: documents you upload (such as invoices) are processed server-side by a third-party AI provider to extract their line items. They are processed to serve your account, not to train AI models.

The public website itself stores no visitor accounts; if you email us through a link on it, we use your message to reply and for nothing else.

The software is provided without any warranty of any kind. A full privacy policy will accompany the production release.
